Who we are
planiqtool.com is run by Damith Priyankara (PlanIQ by Damith), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@planiqtool.com.
What we collect
- When you register: your name, email address, and optionally your role and company.
- Automatically: the date you registered, the PlanIQ version you downloaded, and your country (worked out from your connection, not your exact location). We don't store your IP address with your registration.
- Your consent: the wording you agreed to and when.
Why we use it
- To send you emails about new PlanIQ versions, new features, and planning tips and course videos.
- To understand who uses PlanIQ (for example, how many planners in each country) so we know what to build next.
We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't share them with anyone except the services below that run the website and send the emails.
Services we use
- Netlify hosts the website and stores registrations.
- Zoho Campaigns sends the update emails. Zoho may email you once to confirm your subscription.
Unsubscribing and your choices
- Every update email has an Unsubscribe link. One click and you won't get more emails.
- To see, correct or delete your details, email support@planiqtool.com from the address you registered with. We reply within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we remove them within 30 days. A minimal record that you unsubscribed may be kept so we don't email you again.
The PlanIQ add-in
The PlanIQ add-in for Excel runs on your computer. Your schedules, XER files and P6 data stay on your machine and are never sent to planiqtool.com. The add-in only contacts the website to check for new versions and to open help pages.
